There are two types of seating cards. An escort card has the name of the
guest and the table name or number where the guest is assigned to sit. A
place card has the name of the guest and is placed on the table in front
of the chair in which the guest is assigned to sit. Escort cards may have
the name of one individual, a couple or family if they are sitting at the
same table. Place cards only have the name of one guest. Invitation Factory
seating cards are sold unprinted and unassembled in quantities of 25. If you
want to co-ordinate your seating cards with your invitations you need to
indicate the paper number and ribbon of your invitations. Vellum inserts overlays
can be hand printed with a permanent marker or printed on a computer printer. To
make sure your printer can print the size, cut regular paper to the sizes given
and experiment with your printer. We have 3" x 3" matching cards for our #SC04
seating card envelopes or you can order #SC04X our 6" x 9" micro-perforated
card stock in 6 up size. We also have 3.75" x 2.5" translucent vellum inserts
for our #SC07 seating card set or you can order #SC07X our 7.5" x 10" micro-perforated
vellum in 8 up size. Our micro-perforated papers come with a msword printing template;
add $2.50 to each set of 25. Invitation Factory offers Computer Calligraphy. Printing
costs for guests names on the front of a seating card or envelope is $.35 each; add $ .25
each for printing the table name or number inside a tent card or on an envelope card.
Table names or numbers can be printed on the front of tent cards for an additional $.10
